Limestone finishes

Flamed
Flamed

Achieved by exposing the stone to high temperatures. Indicated for outdoor areas because of its non-slip properties. Not all stones support this type of finish.

Bush-Hammered
Bush-Hammered

Non-slip and coarse, it is specially indicated for outdoor pavements and coatings. This type of finish lightly fades the material’s coloration.

Sawn
Sawn

Sawn finish makes the stone lighter and gives it a matte tone by producing a somewhat rough and irregular surface with small furrows and undulations. It's available for external paving, steps, pathways, driveways and patios.

Split Faced
Split Faced

Coarse and irregular appearance that is obtained either manually, with the use of wedges or chisels; or mechanically, with the use of a hydraulic press equipped with wedges.

3D limestone
3D limestone

Polished
Polished

Non-slip and semi-coarse, it adds an effect that is irregular to touch, which evidences the material’s coloration. Not as rough as the brush-hammered finish.

Honed
Honed

Smooth, non-glossy finish. Highlights the true color of the materials without the gloss of the polished finish. Presents a less marked contrast between elements.
